Established in 1998, HKAA is a custom CNC aluminum machining manufacturer in China. This website focuses on drawing-based aluminum parts for electronics, automotive assemblies, medical equipment, robotics, solar applications and industrial equipment.

Our facility covers more than 10,000 m², with over 150 staff and approximately 320 machines. CNC milling, turning and multi-axis machining support aluminum housings, covers, brackets, gears and mounting components from prototype through production.

We machine alloys such as 6061-T6, 6063 and 7075. Material selection, machining sequences and surface finishing are reviewed against the geometry, functional interfaces and inspection requirements of each project.

More than 20 inspection instruments, including ZEISS CMM, support dimensional verification. Our quality systems include IATF 16949 and ISO 13485. Required material certificates, traceability and inspection documentation should be specified during quotation.

Our team provides drawing review and DFM feedback, machining, finishing coordination and final inspection. Tolerances, lead times and documentation are confirmed for the agreed drawing revision.
