Custom CNC Machined Aluminum Flange Adapter

HKAA offers custom aluminum flange adapter machining for mechanical interfaces, equipment housings and fixture assemblies. Turned circular features can be combined with milled bolt patterns to match the customer’s mating parts. The design illustration shows a stepped flange with a central bore and mounting holes.

Drawing and quotation requirements

Upload a STEP file and a drawing identifying the datums, bore fit, bolt circle and mating surfaces. Specify aluminum grade, finish, quantity and inspection requirements. Include the mating-component dimensions where interface compatibility requires review.

Material, finish and manufacturing review

Turning and milling operations are selected around the required concentric features and hole pattern. Inspection requirements should identify which dimensions control the assembly fit.
