CNC Aluminum Flanges & Adapters

Custom CNC aluminum flanges and adapters connect mating components through defined mounting faces, central openings, bolt patterns and threaded interfaces. HKAA reviews these requirements from customer drawings; the manufacturing route depends on the rotational and non-rotational features of each component.

Mating Interfaces and Bolt Patterns

Specify the outside diameter or profile, bore dimensions, face thickness and mounting-hole locations. Identify the relevant datums, mating fits, thread standard and depth. Dimensions needed for assembly should be clearly marked, together with the inspection method or documentation required for your order.

Turning, Milling and Surface Finishing

Round features may be reviewed through aluminum CNC turning. Off-axis holes, slots, flats and mounting details may also require aluminum CNC milling. State the alloy, temper and surface finish on the drawing, and indicate whether critical dimensions apply before or after finishing. No pressure rating or sealing performance is implied by a product photograph; those requirements must be specified and reviewed for the project.
