CNC Aluminum Brackets & Mounts

Custom CNC aluminum brackets and mounts locate or support components through defined mounting faces, holes and interfaces. HKAA reviews customer drawings to determine machining access, material and inspection requirements for each project.

Mounting Faces and Hole Locations

Define hole positions from suitable datums, thread sizes, pocket depths, wall thickness and mating clearances. Mark the faces that locate the part in the assembly. Include the intended assembly arrangement where it helps explain access or fit; load requirements should be supplied by the customer rather than inferred from a photograph.

Machining Route and Surface Finish

Review aluminum CNC milling for pockets, slots and mounting patterns. Angled or multi-sided interfaces can be reviewed against 5-axis machining requirements. Specify alloy, temper, cosmetic surfaces, masking areas and dimensions that apply after finishing.

Drawing Review and Quotation

Provide the 2D drawing, 3D model, revision, quantity, critical tolerances and delivery requirements. See related aluminum robotics components or upload drawings for an aluminum machining quotation.
