CNC Aluminum Cooling Plates

CNC aluminum cooling plate components are reviewed from customer drawings for channels, pockets, mounting faces and specified interfaces. HKAA assesses the machining requirements of the individual component. A machined plate alone does not establish a complete cooling assembly or verified thermal performance.

Channels, Interfaces and Flatness

Define channel geometry, depths, internal corners, wall thickness and connection dimensions. Mark the mating surfaces, flatness requirements, mounting-hole patterns and the datums used for inspection. Identify dimensions that must remain controlled after finishing.

Assembly and Inspection Scope

Specify the alloy and temper, surface finish, mating components and any requirements for joining, sealing, cleanliness or testing. These requirements need separate project review; they are not implied by the category name. State the agreed inspection documentation and acceptance criteria on the drawing or purchase specification.

Submit Cooling Plate Drawings

Review aluminum CNC milling services for pockets and channels, and 5-axis aluminum machining where angled access requires evaluation. Provide the 2D drawing, 3D model, revision, quantity and delivery requirements, then upload drawings for an aluminum machining quotation.
