Custom CNC Machined Aluminum Cooling Plate

HKAA machines aluminum cooling plate components for customer-designed thermal management assemblies. This illustration shows an open channel plate component. Channel geometry, cover design and connection interfaces must be defined in the drawing package before a manufacturing quotation is finalized.

Features that can be specified

Milled channel width, depth and corner radii
Plate thickness, mounting pattern and contact face
Cover interfaces and seal-groove features where specified
Port preparation, thread details and deburring access

Drawing and quotation requirements

Provide the 3D model, a dimensioned drawing, channel dimensions and the intended mating-cover design. Identify critical flatness, roughness and seal interfaces, along with material, quantity and finish. If assembly or leak testing is needed, state the test method and acceptance criteria for separate review.

Material, finish and manufacturing review

The component is quoted according to its specified machining scope. The illustrated open plate does not represent a sealed or tested cooling assembly. Sealing, joining and pressure or leak verification require an agreed design and manufacturing plan.
