CNC Aluminum Knobs & Handles

Custom CNC aluminum knobs and handles are specified through mounting details, outer geometry and cosmetic finish. HKAA reviews your drawing to plan the appropriate turning, milling and inspection requirements for the component.

Mounting and Grip Features

Define the bore, threads, mounting holes, shoulders, recesses and any slots or flats. For an assembly interface, identify the mating dimensions and required fit. Supply the outer profile and edge details rather than relying only on a reference photograph. Mark the surfaces where appearance is important.

Turning, Milling and Appearance

Round profiles can be reviewed with aluminum CNC turning; non-round profiles, pockets and off-axis mounting details may require CNC milling. Specify alloy, temper, color and finish requirements, together with masking areas. Define how cosmetic surfaces and dimensions should be accepted after finishing.
