Custom CNC Turned Aluminum Control Knobs

HKAA machines aluminum control knobs for industrial controls, audio equipment and custom instrument assemblies. Turning establishes the main profile, while secondary machining can add grip grooves, flats and fastening details. Dimensions and interface requirements follow the customer’s drawing.

Drawing and quotation requirements

Send a dimensioned drawing and, if available, a STEP model. Identify the shaft interface, fastening method, grip geometry and visible surface requirements. Include the aluminum grade, finish, color reference and order quantity so the quotation can account for appearance and assembly needs.

Material, finish and manufacturing review

Finish and color availability are reviewed against the requested specification. Visible surfaces, groove detail and handling requirements affect the machining and finishing sequence. The illustration presents a design option rather than a customer production record.
