Custom CNC Machined Aluminum Heat Sink

HKAA supplies drawing-based aluminum heat sink machining for electronic housings, power equipment and industrial assemblies. CNC milling can combine the base, fin features and mounting interfaces in one custom component. The illustrated part shows a possible finned geometry; dimensions and thermal requirements are determined by your design.

Drawing and quotation requirements

Send a STEP model and dimensioned PDF drawing showing the contact face, critical dimensions and acceptable finish. Include the aluminum grade, required quantity and any masking requirements. Where heat dissipation matters, provide the operating conditions and your validated thermal design so the machining review can focus on manufacturability.

Material, finish and manufacturing review

Material and finish are selected to the drawing. Machining access, thin-fin rigidity and deburring requirements influence the production approach. Thermal performance depends on the complete design and operating conditions; it is not established by the illustration.
